The Valentine's Day Disco

   The Valentine's Day is a holiday which is celebrated all over the world. Its a fun and happy holiday and for us, the ib diploma students, it is a nice opportunity to help organizing the disco, proving service and to raise some money to donate them to the charity.

   First of all we were devised into groups of different responsibilities. Me and Ilona were in 'drinks' group, so we were selling drinks during the disco. Working collaboratively we have maid a profit of more than 2500 rubbles! Which is pretty impressive.

   We also helped rearranging the dinning hall into the disco place, by taking out all the tables and chairs and bringing in a lot of light and musical equipment. And at the end of the disco everything had to be cleaned and put the other way round.

   The kids enjoyed the disco a lot, you could see a happy excitement on their faces during the party. I was happy to provide some service and to help raising some money, in addition I had a lot of fun!
