The last two months I have tried a completely new sport for myself. I was learning the very basics of horse ridding for about a months. Then I tried to develop it further on, and I am still trying as I have not given up this activity.
There were some complications with the process due to the fact that I have a childhood fear of dogs and horses. When I first sat on one, I was to scared to do any exercises. However my coach helped me to overcome this difficulty by frequently jumping of and falling down from the horse when it was moving. Also I the coach told me to side on the side or backward on the horse. At the end of this "torture" I was not scared at all of simply ridding the horse, sitting properly.
To show what I looked like on the horse at the end of my 5th lesson I took a video of myself. On the video, it looks like a simple exercise but it was really difficult for me to get to the stage where I could ride the horse myself without a coach holding the head of my horse.
